(Venues, dates and times have been allocated based on responses received from Expressions of Interest. Game times are based on 4 team rosters and may be subject to change due to team entries).
Format: 4 x 8min quarters (U13 Mixed/U15 Mixed).
4 x 10min quarters (U18Men, Open Men & Women)
Teams: Teams will be club based. Clubs without full numbers will make combined teams. Junior U13 and U15 mixed teams must have at least 2 females.
Goal Keepers: Teams without a fully kitted goal keeper cannot defend a penalty corner with a player in the goals. All players defending penalty corners are encouraged to wear protective equipment.
Responsibilities: First teams will set up. Last teams pack up. Clock will start on time regardless
Umpires: Teams will be rostered to umpire a match before or after their game, where possible (2 umpires per game).
Equipment: All players MUST use Indoor Hockey sticks.
Suitable indoor shoes are to be worn (preferably non-marking soles).
FULL Gloves must be worn. NO glove NO play.
Mouthguards, shin guards, etc as for field hockey.
Cost: $40.00 per team per game. Once roster has been finalised Hockey Tas will Invoice club contact who will be responsible for collecting game fees.
