Registrations for this event are closed.
This registration form is for all Southern Clubs to complete their Term 1 Team entries for the Hookin2Hockey Program.
The program will run from the 17th Feb - 23rd March on Saturdays at 1:15pm onwards. Teams will also be allowed to training during the week in the allocated Hin2H slot from 5-6pm on the following dates for Term 1:
Thursday 22nd Feb 5-6pm
Thursday 29th Feb 5-6pm
Wednesday 6th March 5-6pm
Wednesday 13th March 5-6pm
Wednesday 20th March 5-6pm
Please note these times are alwasy subject to change
Hin2H Age Groups Include:
Prep-Grade 2 Red (Beginners)
Prep-Grade 2 Blue (Experienced)
Grade 3-4 Yellow (Beginners)
Grade 3-4 Green (Experienced)
Grade 5-6 Half Field
Full Field Mixed Development
Please complete the following form with all your team entries indicating which age group and abilities for each team. Rosters will be posted on the Hookin2Hockey Hub on the Hockey Tasmania Website Hookin2Hockey | Hockey Tasmania. All rosters are dependent on number of team entires and will be balanced accordingly to ensure there are minimal bye weeks.
Clubs will be invoiced on a term by term basis for matches played.
