2021 Post-Season Surveys

Hockey Tasmania has opened the 2021 Post-Season surveys to gather important information and feedback on the completed year of hockey.
This year we have several surveys we would like you to complete, but none should take you more than a few minutes of your time to finish.
The data we collect is anonymous and will only be used to identify collective trends.
We are highly appreciative of our members taking the time to complete the surveys relevant to them. Your feedback is vital for the governance and administration of our sport.
