Hockey fans are in for another bumper year of streaming action that will again see the very best national, state and community-level competitions from Hockey Australia and all eight state and territory associations streamed centrally on LiveHockey.

In partnership with Cluch, Hockey Australia and its member associations have renewed one of the most expansive streaming deals in Australian sport. The centralised LiveHockey streaming platform will again showcase tens of thousands of hours of content from all corners of Australia.

In 2023, LiveHockey, powered by Cluch, will feature thousands of individual hockey matches, ranging from junior and senior national and state championships to Premier League competitions and much more. In a show of true alignment, LiveHockey will showcase content from Hockey Australia, Hockey Queensland, Hockey Victoria, Hockey NSW, Hockey Tasmania, Hockey SA, Hockey WA, Hockey ACT and Hockey NT.

Every game on LiveHockey will be available to view globally with a combination of free-to-view and subscription content designed to maximise audience reach and drive new commercial opportunities and growth across the sport.
Throughout 2022, almost 30,000 hockey fans signed up to LiveHockey from over 70 countries. The platform generated over 570,000 video views with more than 10.7 million minutes of content watched.

Speaking about the renewal, Cluch Managing Director, Gus Seebeck said “Twelve months ago in partnership with Hockey Australia and its member associations, we launched LiveHockey which quickly established itself as a market-leading streaming platform. The engagement and positive feedback from across the entire hockey community was overwhelming. After a very successful inaugural year we are thrilled to be partnering once again with Hockey Australia and all eight state and territory associations to continue to showcase elite Australian hockey both domestically and internationally.”
