The FIH Pro League action has wrapped up in Hobart, with the block 2 fixtures reaching their conclusion on Wednesday night.
The tournament was a huge success with bumper crowds attending the Aurora Energy Tasmanian Hockey Centre, which hosted a total of 24 international matches over two weeks of action-packed games.
There was plenty of Tasmanian involvement on the pitch, with Jack Welch, Hayden Beltz, Magnus McCausland and Lachie Rogers all lining up for the Kookaburras. Whilst Maddi Brooks came into the Hockeyroos squad for the second block of fixtures.
The form of Jack Welch was a particular standout, with the Tiger's star running hot by scoring four times in the space of three games for the Kookaburras. It was a highly successful block of games for the Kookaburras, winning their first 7 games consecutively, before falling in a shoot-out in the final game.

Another highlight was the opportunity for local HookIn2Hockey kids to act as player mascots for the walk-ons, offering an amazing experience for the youngsters to get up close with their heroes and create some special memories.
